What are some ways I can increase my breast size?
I’m pretty happy with my body, but my breasts look like they ceased to grow when I was about 13th Now I’m 16 and I have to wear a 34a since I started wearing bras. I did this by talking to my mother, and we were both agreed implants too risky. I just take some pills, but she is afraid they will cause me health problems. I’ve heard there are some exercises that can help, I also heard that soy milk and massages can increase breast size, but I’m not sure if any of these are true. They are bigger, just before I go on my time, then they go back to their original size after I’m done. Please help me. My boobs make me feel like I’m still a preteen. . . .

I am a little younger than you, but I am not 13 and I have been wearing 36B for a LONG time! I pretty much have no boobs. I have advice for you that helped me too.
Yes, massages work, but your breast size usually goes back to normal, unless you get the massages regularly, as what I’ve “heard.”
No for the implants. If you want to look like you’ve gotten them when you get to be about 60 or 70, then I would recommend to get them, but it looks quite ugly when you mature.
Also, no for the pills because they can cause horrible problems when you get older. (My friend too some a few years ago and she has had the worst cases of breast soreness around her menstrual cycle and a few complications w/ her heart. It was very scary…) You have no idea what chemicals are in the pills if you get them, and if you do decide to use them, get an organic brand and make sure to talk to your doctor about them.
I would tell you to get a push up bra or a water bra. I found the BEST water bra at Victoria’s Secret about 4 or 5 months ago and it has worked great for me. They jiggle like real breasts and feel like them too! If you just want some good support, no jiggle, then you can try a push-up bra that makes your breasts look a lot bigger…

You are still in puberty, so your breasts may or may not grow larger. I wouldn’t worry about bigger breasts. Breast size does not matter when you feed babies because larger ones only contain more fat, not more milk. That’s the only purpose, so don’t worry. Be proud of the way you are as a young woman that God created and loves.
